Appropriate Exercise

The notion that some exercise every day is good for you is an interesting one. I was listening to a man on the radio talking about this and he was saying that any kind of physical movement that you enjoyed counted.

This got me thinking about the people I meet who make a real effort to keep to their diets yet don't do anything else to help their quest for better health and higher energy levels.

It seems strange to me that so much effort could be put into one area, and that another area that is complimentary could be forgotten.
