A friend of mine who is struggling to reduce their weight was talking to me in a restaurant the other day. I couldn't help notice that their plate was being filled excessively (we were at a buffet by the way).
This was completely in their control and they could have put less on their plate. It was a very full plate.
I am not promoting starvation, I am proposing portion control.
Isn't this one of the most difficult habits to form?
