Joining forces

The habits required to stay healthy are sometimes tricky to keep in place. Eating fruit, using your juicer, getting in your exercise etc..

One of the ways you can improve the development and maintenance of your habits is to piggy back the habit with another activity that will get done.

For example, if you are not using your juicer enough – you could tie in the juicing with the preparation of your evening meal. You’re in the right place at the right time doing similar things. The additional effort to use your juicer is minimised and potentially more likely to happen.

Try joining the new habits with the current tasks and see what happens.
