With so many things to do it is sometimes easy to get lost with what we should be doing. Our health based activities can fall into the same category. How do we keep our focus on what we need to be doing?
A simple way to do this is to question what each activity is meant to achieve, providing the answer no more than one sentence. For example, if we are looking at our meal planning activities we could ask this question. The answer could be something along the lines of ‘to nourish my body effectively with great tasting food’.
Checking in on what we’re meant to be doing can sometimes be a useful pause in the hectic day to day world we live in.
