To perform the exercise you need an issue that is currently affecting you. Ask yourself 'why the result occurred' and answer the question. Ask yourself another question – this time aimed at digging down to the next level, and keep repeating this process until you have reached a
fundamental 'a-ha' moment. At this point you can make simple changes that have the potential to be sustainable and highly effective.
If you respond to the first answer you run the risk of putting sticking plasters on a problem rather than fixing the problem once and for all.
