One comment that my friends and family often make is 'I can't seem to drink enough water'.
Obviously, hydrating yourself is exceptionally important but it is realised that many people (adults) find it difficult to drink water on its own.
My advice is to keep a glass of water nearby and take regular sips (see the Tiny Steps commentary below) instead.
Over a period of several hours you will consume a good quantity of water, without any of the hassle or stress of 'necking' a big glass of water.
And, taking small ongoing sips is better for the body - one smooth continuous flow is usually better than big chunks when it comes to the body.
